The resort operates two on-site restaurants: the main buffet restaurant Natura (serving breakfast and dinner) and the snack bar Lemoni. Dinner follows nightly themed cuisines such as Cretan, Mediterranean, and Mexican, all prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Guests on half-board can swap dinner for lunch upon request at reception, and the Lemoni a la carte restaurant offers paella and other dishes at an extra charge.

The resort consists of 15 buildings with 105 suites of various types, including options with private pools, outdoor jetted tubs, and sea views. Rooms are spread across multiple levels accessed by 3 lifts and 2 airlifts, with suites in categories like Premium, Elite, and Luxury Duplex. Three outdoor heated pools operate from 1 April to 15 May and 26 September to 5 November, with a maximum water temperature of 26°C: the adults-only Main Pool, the Activity Pool (without hydromassage), and a Kids Pool.
