The heated pool operates at 7°C above air temperature and is open all year, cleaned every morning by the owner. A pool with a view includes sun loungers, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and a shallow end for children's safety. Outside, guests have a BBQ area with a dishwasher and a garden with fresh herbs and Aloe Vera plants.

The villa functions as two separate living units with a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms across a combined space. Each unit has its own living room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony, offering privacy for two couples or a family.
