The villa offers an outdoor swimming pool with six sun loungers, three small tables, and two parasols. A barbecue area and two large tables seating six to eight guests are available on the terrace. The property includes a sun terrace, lush garden, and views of the sea and mountains.
Location
Georgioupolis Beach is a 15-minute walk downhill from the villa. The Archaeological Museum of Rethymno is 23 km away, and Chania International Airport is 49 km. For the uphill return, a taxi from the village square costs approximately 5 euros.
