Amenities
The hotel sits directly on a private beach with sun loungers and umbrellas reserved for guests. The outdoor infinity pool operates seasonally and is surrounded by sun terraces and a children's pool. The grounds include a tennis court, beach volleyball court, basketball court, and a children's playground, all set within beautifully maintained gardens.
Rooms
All 243 air-conditioned rooms come with a furnished balcony, and many offer views of the Sea of Crete. Each room is fitted with a satellite TV, hairdryer, and a private bathroom with grab rails for accessibility. Room categories include Standard Double or Twin with Garden View, Side Sea View, and Superior Double or Twin with Front Sea View.
Dining
The hotel's main restaurant serves Greek and international cuisine with a buffet that changes daily, set against the backdrop of the Cretan Sea. Three bars operate on-site: a lobby bar, a pool bar, and a snack bar, the latter offering wine and champagne. Unique themed dinner nights add variety to the dining experience, and a coffee house is also available.
Leisure
Evening entertainment runs nightly during summer, including karaoke, DJ parties, live music performances, and a nightclub. Daytime activities are led by entertainment staff and include water gymnastics, beach volleyball, darts, table tennis, and billiards. A kids' club with board games, puzzles, and outdoor play equipment keeps younger guests engaged.
Services
The spa & wellness centre offers a full menu of body and facial treatments, including back, neck, head and foot massages, plus manicures and pedicures. A fitness centre and bicycle rental are available for active guests. Additional services include a minimarket on site, car hire, airport shuttles, babysitting, and a barber/beauty shop.
