Beachfront Villa with Private Pool in Agia Pelagia
Amenities
The property offers a private swimming pool with a view, surrounded by a fence around the pool for safety. Guests have access to sun loungers, beach chairs, sun umbrellas, and swimming pool toys, all provided poolside. A separate kids' pool is available, and the outdoor area includes a sun terrace, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor fireplace for evening gatherings.
Accommodation & Comfort
The villa contains four bedrooms and two bathrooms, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering. Free WiFi is available throughout the property, and soundproof rooms ensure quiet stays. The bedrooms include heat pumps, though guests noted the sheets did not always fit well and the shower upstairs runs very hot quickly.
Location
Sea Front Panorama Villa Private Pool sits directly on the beachfront with unobstructed sea views. Mades Beach is a 3-minute walk away, providing easy access to the shoreline. Heraklion International Airport is 22 km from the property, and attractions such as Venetian Walls and The Palace of Knossos are within 23 km.
Services
The property provides free on-site parking with accessible parking and a parking garage, plus a car hire service. An airport shuttle is available for both pick-up and drop-off, and bicycle rental is offered for local exploration. Express check-in/check-out and private check-in/check-out are included, with a tour desk to assist with excursions.
Family & Children
Families benefit from a kids' pool, a shared lounge/TV area, and board games/puzzles provided on-site. Babysitting or child services are available upon request, and the villa includes a washing machine for convenience. The property is family-friendly, but guests noted that decorative pieces may not be safe for younger children and that a car is recommended for grocery shopping due to limited nearby mini markets.
